Thanks for this. We've got a travel cot that is 60cm wide but looking at it I couldn't see how it would fit in the aisle space based on what I could recall from my previous sleeper trips. If Mr 61 reckons it does then I guess it is just a snug fit!

Does anyone know how wide the floor space at the bottom the berths is? Taking our 5 month old on her first sleeper trip in a couple of months, be good to know for planning what kind of travel cot we use!

It's a good question. One advantage seems to be that if there is an odd number of passengers, you get the extra bunk for free. So if you are a couple with one child, you can get two compartments with the middle door open without having to buy four tickets.

What are the plans for the bus station at the front once all is finished at the station? I read somewhere that it will be "expanded", hopefully that means bringing in more of the buses that terminate on London Bridge itself currently?
