Hi Jay, I hope you don't mind me contacting you. I found your info as myself and my partner are also looking to buy a property which backs on to the GOBLIN line, although ours is in Walthamstow. Was it Lara Pawson who you spoke to about the Walthamstow campaign? We have also been in touch with her. I am messaging as we have exactly the same worries which you expressed on the forum. We are comfortable with how the noise seems at the moment, but are worried about resale value and increased freight train traffic from the super port, as well as what electrification would mean in terms of increased traffic. Did you end up going ahead and buying the property in question? I wonder what your thoughts are on this now? I would really appreciate any advice you have, thanks, Fiona
