He might have a majority of both houses, but constitutional amendments require a supermajority of two-thirds of both. So he’s not even close to getting that through, never mind getting three-quarters of the states to ratify.

Though as noted with the Network Rail outage, you can have redundant systems but that doesn’t stop all failures occurring. Just because XC had an outage doesn’t mean they didn’t have contingency plans.

I’ve never really tried most offal, it doesn’t tend to come up as an option. The exception being haggis which I am very much a fan of. Though the version in supermarkets often seems to be adulterated, Haggis is supposed to be lamb but I see beef or pork in the ingredients list.

Presumably this is a result of London not deregulating buses in the 80s? Other councils can build infrastructure, but can't force the bus companies to run services there unless they're willing to subsidise them. Whereas TfL specify the services.
