    Thanks gianpaoloo. It's for Waterloo. There's one question I've heard they ask which is something along the lines of... 'Example of a time you had to make a plan: - what was the outcome, hardest part of doing plan, how did you feel?' but I'm currently finding it hard to come up with an example...
