Metro's RHTT started on the evening of 29 September as 4029+MA06+4041 and has ran most mornings since. A fault with the wagon on 3 October caused it to get cancelled, but it started running again today, still formed as 4029+MA06+4041

555026 entered service last Thursday as a replacement for 555031 which failed on T101

The battery locos (BL1, BL2 and BL3) are all being refurbished, so those will be used again from 2028. There is also a rumour that Nexus will be hiring third-party locos in for the 2027 RHTT.

With the Airport line closure, green line trains that would usually go to Airport are instead running Not In Service from South Gosforth to Monkseaton and back. I believe there was also driver training running NIS today.

From the sounds of it, it would just be whatever trains show up, which would almost certainly be entirely Class 555. If it were to do with metrocars, then the run from Northumberland Park to Ashington would be particularly strange!

Nexus have publicly confirmed that a metrocar will be going to a different museum instead, although they haven't yet confirmed if it is still 4020 or which museum it will be going to. Probably around 11:30-12:00 based on the past couple days. The hauliers are already at Howdon, and the metrocars are nearly there.

These new hauliers don't go via the Tyne Tunnel because apparently their trailer is too long for it. I'm not sure on the exact route, though.
