I guess it varies depending on what train company. Usually you will be informed before you go what tests you will be doing, and you get sent practice materials.
I would contact them again and just explain what stages you have already passed. It makes sense for them to call you in for DMI as they have spent time and money getting you through the first two stages, so nothing to lose by contacting them. Good luck!

This is a really useful thread that someone has written that answers many of the questions in this thread.
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
