    I once did Oxford to Newcastle a couple of years ago (on the Reading direct train) and the guard got earfuls of abuse because he wasn’t cater trained and vice versa for the front of train guard

    Im on a CrossCountry service from Reading to Newcastle and I’ve never been on a service that’s this full before. All 4 carriages are full and standing with no room for extra passengers to get on. We’ve only just passed York. This can’t continue surely?
