As a non railcard eligible punter, I look forward to tootling around the Northern network at leisure with no advance specific trains or conditions to collect coupons or codes at a price which seems fair for the the tickets validity. My only wish would be that it has no morning peak...

Having just purchased one through the Northern App the E-Ticket has the Restriction Code - B1 Outward Travel Not valid on trains timed to depart after 04:29 and before 09:30. As you say the offer terms don’t mention that, so unsure how strict they would be.

Tbf I’ve had the same thing happen to me at a Premier Inn in Manchester and a Hilton at Heathrow. Not a nice experience though.

After Filmore it became Lebaneat and I always enjoyed their coffee. A great little place if you could get a seat outside to watch the trains come & go. Sadly within the last few weeks locks have been changed and a window displays notices from a bailiff.
