I'm just travelling from Chippenham to Swindon and there is a lot of SPS on pallets in the down cess just before Wootton Bassett, so it looks like there is some work going on there. After the junction a lot of the SPS looks to be installed along with the earthing wire, albeit on temporary pulleys.
