Yes, the TrainSplit app can be used for journeys wholly on ScotRail. (This also applies for any TOC in GB, such as TfW, MerseyRail etc) TrainSplit (and therefore also the forum booking site), offers E-Tickets for as many ScotRail journeys as we are able to.

And it is even built by a regular user of Scotrail services ;) (well, at least the iOS version is!)

Unfortunately, TrainSplit is not permitted by the industry to load tickets onto smartcards, and we are unable to sell season and flexipasses.

That is correct, however you can sign into the TrainSplit app on both iOS and Android, using the same account you booked tickets with using the forum link, and those forum bookings will be available in the TrainSplit app

Yes. Took a trip down the M6 yesterday, and: - Tebay Southbound services had a queue of 2-3 non Tesla's for the Westmorland rapid chargers, the (probably twice as many) Tesla chargers had a few spots free (but are not yet available to non Tesla) - Killington Lake was down to 4 out of 6...
