I had the same email. It does make you wonder what goes on at these recruitment offices, I mean I have a Phd, I am a manager in charge of lots of staff, I deal with hundreds of customers a day, I deal with payments, complaints, drunks, I am health and safety trained, fire regulations trained...

I approve of the use of the word thus. It's one of my favourites, use it often. That and ergo.

Who me? I initially applied to Frieghtliner when they advertised for trainees. Passed all the assessments and multi module interview, but didn't get past the driver manager interview. But because I have now sat and passed all the tests I simply went on an email harassment campaign ala Andy...

I have a PhD in Astrophysics and failed to get through an interview :D So I wouldn't worry about qualifications, it's more about your attitude, your ability to perform the job, being able to concentrate for long periods of time,good eyesight and hearing and such.

I thought I did well in the interview, I had an answer for everything apart from when have you had to concentrate for long periods of time. I couldn't think of a good answer in time and came up with studying physics. It sounded good in my head but I don't think it came across as what I wanted it...

A quick question... So I passed all the assessments this year including MMI. But I didn't get past the driver manager interview. Is the manager interview included in the 2 strikes and your out rule or since I've passed the assessments can I have as many interviews now as possible? Thanks...
