Am i right to presume you are now waiting for a places at signalling school then?
Congratulations on your successful application, hope you have a great career with NR
Thanks for this, do you mind me asking when you had your formal job offer, presuming was before lockdown and you have been waiting for a few weeks/months?
Hope the course goes well for you and you do well
Have read recent posts about the new 10 week signalling school, has anyone any idea what the backlog is for getting new starters a place at school?
My son was successful in his application and got the formal job offer in March and obviously is now waiting patiently for a place at school to get...
Hi
Hope you don't mind me messaging you direct, noticed you have a recent medical for a signaller
My son has a medical next week for a signallers job, could i ask what the colour blind test was please?
We think he has a minor colour vision deficiency, has no problem seeing colours in every...
No worries and thanks for the update
Pity HR don't keep applicants updated, presumably once a decision is made on who to interview an email/update would be generated to advise all unsuccessful applicants

In summary though your application is now under with the hiring manager to make a decision on who he/she wants to interview, your next...

Hi, just wondering what decision you made as to which pension to go for?
I believe as a new starter you can opt for CARE or NRDC and then after 5 years may have the option to over to the favoured RPS, interesting to know which you sent for and the reason
Thanks
Realise this is an old thread but came up when searched..........is the above the general census of opinion in that CARE is by far the better pension option than NRDC and then after the 5 years is the Railway Pension definitely better than either of these?
As stated above it just means you have attended and completed the interview
Did the person that interviewed you advise when the successful applicant will be told and also how (phone call, email?)
I think in the majority of cases the hiring manager would make a phone call to advise the person...
If you get chance and as others have suggested do try the practice tests a few times, preferably over 2 or 3 days.
This 100% helps and gives you a good idea of the type of questions and how to get the correct answers, not sure if this is good advice or not but on the verbal reasoning i found it...
