As far as I can see the number to GWR regarding Penalty Fares is a 03457 one, this a standard non-geographic number and not a premium one. These numbers are usually inclusive in mobile contracts.

Looks like both the up lines through Basingstoke are out of action, everything is having to use the down lines.

I'm guessing the OP is getting GWR and GTR mixed up, as the only TOC between these two stations is Thameslink.

At my local station (BSK) I often have a choice to take a DMU or an EMU. In the winter I prefer the DMU as they seem warmer!

There is a RRB scheduled to start at Winchester on that day that drops off at Eastleigh. Train is due in to Winchester at 00:11, RRB scheduled at 00:18. One would hope that the RRB would wait beyond that if the incoming service is delayed!

Only Chiltern services to/from Aylesbury appear to running into Marylebone.
