I asked my mam to book me a return to London for Early April, while I was waiting for a replacement Debit Card to come. I was expecting her booking DHM-KGX Return, but she booked SUN-KGX Return, the train down to London is via Newcastle on LNER and tne Return is Grand Central on the Outbound...

I guess I was on a bi-mode unit Would've been better if they diverted to York...for me anyway, as thats where I ended up having to change again anyway to get up to Newcastle

I was on an LNER service up to Leeds yesterday when this happened, the train was diverted, I think towards Selby and went through Garforth into Leeds

I'm not sure if I'd be entitled to a Railcard, I'm nearly 2 decades past meeting the criteria for a YP Railcard and just over 2 decades short of being eligible for an OAP Railcard... I have the pass due to my mental health problems, but I've never thought I could be eligible for Disabled Railcard

How does the cap work BTW... If i tap in and tap out at various points, once I've reached a certain 'spend' will tfl stop taking money from my account... So basically when I get to a certain point, I won't be spending when tapping in and out...and what is the cap compared to the price of a Day...

Ah right, that is rather generous, I was told London fell outside the ENCTS Scheme as tfl had there own concession scheme

Also...I have a concessionary bus pass, can that be used on London Buses

In the end I got a Return for 95 quid from Sunderland, going down on Grand Central and coming back on LNER through Leeds and York...
