They do indeed, well, a de-select option anyway.
They all have the same version. Only difference is a 170/1 will only have one SDO panel on the set of doors closest to & on the same side as the loo.
Whereas our 170/3,5,6 have a panel at each set of doors closest to the loo.
All middle coaches...
I'm liking this thread! May have to steal a few and see if I can liven up some of the early bird morning commuters! Mind you, can barely get a 'good morning' back from them when doing ticket checks, never mind a giggle!
Apologies for not making myself clearer! MS = Motor Standard, otherwise known as Coach B on the 170 stock.
The same practice still applies to the Voyager stock.
From my training back as a guard a few months ago, we were told that if the extreme front or rear door is defective, then the entire coach should be locked out, yet in the MS coach, there needs to be two doors defective on the same side for it to be locked out.

Hi folks,
Just wondering if there are any Senior Conductors on here from Crosscountry?
Recently had the interview, which I've managed to pass. I've been given a date for the Senior Conductor training but of course, I have my medical first, which I have no worries about!
I'm nervous about it...
Thanks for your reply. Glad to know I'm doing it right. I get can down to half a page, simple enough, never usually get more than 3 errors but as you said, "practice practice practice"!
First of all, I apologise if this is in the wrong section.
Just wondering if someone could tell me how to use the Group Bourden tool properly. As the help manual doesn't work on my computer.
So far, i've worked out that you can use the directional arrows but not what sure i'm supposed to...
Full English breakfast if travelling before ten (with other options available)
After ten, IIRC it's to be light snacks and sandwiches
and then when it comes to dinner time, it'll be stuff like beef, salmon and curries!
Eureka is going through its final stages now. Been working for EC for about 7 weeks now and have been spending this last week up the acadamey. I can assure you, they are darn determined to back to a GNER standard!
