If thats the correct amount required for a repaint then id definately go along with your comment. I personally prefer to see a 50 in BR Blue but 'priorities' come first. 46010 is in the same predicament i believe? (battery wise) Oh i wish i could win the bloody lottery :lol:

Couldnt agree more, i know there is arguably 2 more significant galas in the form of KWVR & NNR this weekend, but the Midland Railway has such a wonderful collection of Diesels! Timetables, Rosters, Facebook & Twitter groups are so badly needed for this place as well. Still i know these guys do...

Granted, if this was a smaller Diesel Event. However with 14/15 loco's announced i can tell you that there most definately is "something interesting" running already. Come on, it would be nice to have a surprise on the day! :) even tho i concede someone would leak the mystery guest on a forum...

Nice pictures, thanks for posting. i went today, to say it was a tad cold was a huge understatement! No Peak today :( chap on the gate said it was battery related!? Also a nice appearance of a couple of 31's in the afternoon. Anyway a few pics from me :)

To be fair (regardless of which 37 isn't working) £5/£10 is a still a decent price for an experience that cant be bought in your local Tesco. I hope these guys make a few quid from these events. & i hope Ole Man likes a 73 instead :lol
