I came across him last Wednesday at Stirling station, I was enroute to Aberdeen and he was going to Gleneagles so we on the same train for a wee while. Filming in Stirling both sides of the ticket gates and then on the platform at Gleneagles as we pulled out of the station.
Did this route myself a couple of weeks ago, a fairly pleasant run out into the country and back from Budapest.
Some interesting stations enroute and people getting off the train and just walking over the tracks to go down stationside paths. Esztergom station is being worked on at the moment...
The new Scotrail timetable has also brought with it additional information on the display screens at stations.
Now you get "a Scotrail train formed of 4 carriages" PLUS "this train departed<insert previous station name> on time at 08:18"
