Not even sure anyone can help, just after some advise and pointers, I have applied for jobs with FGW to be an conductor or working on the stations, however each time i apply im being told my CV does not match the skill set requirements for the roles applied for, I have almost 8 years experience...

What's wrong with 007 to stop it going mainline? I was always under the impression sir Edward Elgar was one of the class 50's that got looked after on a more regular basis to ensure it was able to run each summer down? However I could be very wrong :(
