Vinted, FB Marketplace and other non-ebay sites are just a hornets nest of scammers - steer well away! Dont buy anything from any of these sites that can't afford not to get!
there's you answer NEVER do digital on this one, always have a physical railcard - even though I always buy my london tickets on trainline, I still insisted on a physical railcard
and there you revealed what you are - an opinionated left winger who has no idea of the reality of modern life with kids and older people who DEPEND on the car for their livelihood and ability to provide a life for themselves and their family. there is NOTHING selfish about the need or desire...
I experienced a looooong ride in one of (a coupled pair) of these from Cardiff Central all the way to Stockport on Monday - and because of that I notice the big issue with this AI generated image - every flaming sentence has to be written twice, once in English and once in Welsh!!!!!!
What absolute uninformed tripe - its this kind of nonsense spread by mostly petrolheads that needs to be snuffed out - about the ONLY reason that anyone would complain about getting an EV if they lived in a flat or a tiny terraced house with no offstreet parking for a home charger. For...
Done Romiley to Sheffield on a 142 (as per avatar) a couple of times in the dim and distant poast - thats proper misery I'm afraid - though to my mind 150's are no better. The arrival of 195's has transformed our local service between Manchester and Sheffield
bloody hell this is nonsense, I've been using the avanti delay repay scheme on every other trip to London this summer - the last one they tried to bounce my claim because my ticket was not for the train that was delayed by over 70 minutes but I did have a full recollection of the sequence of...
OK so I got the route number wrong - question still stands - someone in the depot allocated the vehicle to a driver to drive the route under that low bridge - why were they allowed to allocate that vehicle to that route?
One thing occurred to me - I have no knowledge how this is done, but someone in the depot allocated the oversized double decker to the driver to drive the 100 route which included the underheight bridge - now surely that person MUST have known that the 100 route contained this low bridged and...
when I was about 10 (nearly 50 years ago) I used draw might-be motorways maps on scraps of paper like that...
this is basically no better or worse from a fantasy perspective
A few years ago when working in London I used to take 'the drain' to get to the City from the South Bank - as a point-to-point line - everyone piles on at one end, everyone piles off at the other, there is no way on this earth an intermediate stop, wherever it is, would ever work.
You do know that South Wales is a 'Low Cost Location'? Why do you think loads of jobs/roles got sent to Newport a few years back (creating monstrous numbers of journeys up and down the M4 and Wales-Paddington Railway in the process)
