Saying other things don't work isn't an argument for violence.

Looks like they're doing it again today. Presumably this is official policy. https://x.com/LNER/status/2107438914273210871 So, anyone without a reservation may be turned out of their seat multiple times.

Though they advertise it as a relaxing place to wait. Sadly we had to change to a cheaper, later, train, so it's not too busy, now.

First visit to the First Class Lounge since the refurb. It looks very classy, but the loud musak is very irritating. I don't understand why they went for that.
