    The tickets haven't been inserted wrongly, the error occurred when they were manufactured. It seems that an old PERTIS ticket was used as a template for the new tickets.     Further to my previous reply, regarding the Donations machine on the East Kent railway, I've found it on Facebook. Search for "PERTIS Machines" and scroll down to 21 July 2020. There's some photos of the machine including the inside.
