If I remember correctly, these stopped after one was delayed so much travelling to Southampton that the passengers literally missed the boat. It was rather expensive to get the passengers to the boat by other means.
Anyone else noticed the variation of stock on TfW Gerald recently it appears to be a bit hit and miss if you want the restaurant

It is interesting to note that the only stations on the map associated with the ALR on NRE website only shows Whitechapel,Liverpool Street , Farringdon and Paddington on the central section , sort of implying not Tottenham Court Road or Bond Street
I meant a train where the ticket would have been off-peak as that one was prior to the timetable change. I did not travel as I could no longer find the easement so no need to convince anyone.
