But if the council don't sign the implementation agreement with Network Rail this month, they won't get the 13.4m from L&Q Estates, so they would be looking to get towards £20m extra for something that might never get used if Universal don't go ahead, as well as delaying the 2 platform station...

The change on the north side is actually that the 0715 Bedford to Three Bridges gets reinstated and the 0711 Bedford to Elephant & Castle starts from Luton like it used to.
