    Grand Central cancellations (03/10)

That depends doesn't it? The one I am currently on, now nearly empty, was so crowded leaving kings cross folk could not get to the toilets. God help us if the thing had had to stop suddenly.

    Arriva Rail North DOO

What's the benefit of striking for political reasons. Unless it's a general strike.

    Big loss at scotrail

It is almost impossible to run the rail service efficiently in this country with our antiquated system. I can cope with late trains as that's rarely the fault of the operators. Cancelled trains though different story.

    Grand Central cancellations (03/10)

Really? Are you being serious? Over the last few months they have cancelled as many trains as they run. You cannot rely on them to turn up now. Never. On saying that it can't be that difficult to top these rankings.

    Big loss at scotrail

Maybe scotrail should cancel more trains. At least then they might be profitable. A service I use a lot and one of my favourites. Punctual usually on time rarely cancelled no wonder they are losing money.

Ah. Good to know. Doesn't make it any less easier to despise them.

    Grand Central cancellations (03/10)

Strikes again. Yet another train cancelled from Kings cross. The knock on effect being yet another dangerously overcrowded LNER train. How do these companies keep their franchises?
