I use an app called Railboard personally.

They're downloaded from/using TMS. A TM downloads them and they automatically apply within about 5 or 10 minutes. Location dependant, of course! I'm hearing of more issues than before with the new version that's being used.

Sounds like it just come off depot. Our reservation system isn't currently programmed to determine the difference between Departure from Depot and Departure from Origin Station, hence why it said it at Euston. When it's coming from an inward working, it will say "reserved" until about 5/10...

Definitely sounds as if you're entitled to it; I'd dispute it and explain what happened again in full. Someone probably didn't take in to account any of the context

I think it's due to the sizing of certain bikes, so we only allow 2 per bike rack to prevent damage, interior damage etc. I think they're actually stored in the vestibules in one of the coaches, however it's been ages since I've been on a VT Voyager as I never get put on them. I know XC Voyagers...

Hey, I work for VTWC and get asked this a fair bit. There's actually only 4 spaces in total, 2 on each set. There are 4 spaces on a Pendo however, in Coach A like you mentioned. Hope this clears it up!

I was looking at the Staff T&Cs for travel on the Sleeper, and the RDG website tells me only to book First Class (single occupancy birth and what not) only if I have the First Class entitlement I haven't been in the railway long so a lot of this is still foreign to me, I would just like to know...
