I had a look at realtraintimes and it seems Cumbernauld/Motherwell to Dalmuir will now operate via Singer,Motherwell/Whifflet to Dalmuir will run via Yoker and Larkhall to Milngavie seem to largely diverted to run to Dalmuir via Yoker.

I travelled on a class 380 for the first time back in July this year when I got the 1825 train from Edinburgh back to Motherwell and I must say I was VERY VERY impressed as they were comfortable and an improvement on the class 334's!

Seeing as class 318 units have been operating Airdrie to Balloch services this week,wil this mean we may see some 318's back on North Clyde services due to class 320's no starting to appear on Argyle Line services?

Does that mean that we may well see class 320 units operating Sunday services on the Argyle Line?

On the scot-rail.co.uk website there is a picture taken and uploaded today of a class 320 on an Argyle Line service!

I was in Edinburgh on Friday 29th July and got the 1825 Scotrail train from (1750 ex North Berwick) to Motherwell and it was my first time on a class 380 and I must say I was very impressed-they were comfortable and they had a table.They are now my second fave unit alongside the class 318 units...

What was it like travelling on a class 156 dmu north of Inverness?

Why did they get rid of the class 156 dmus from the Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh/Wick/Thurso services?

Perhaps I should have said with a shuttle bus connecting with the trains at Stranraer and taking them to Cairnryan!

What about the old 1340 Edinburgh to Wick arr.2122 service that ran from the year 2000 to around 2005?

Reinstate a Stranraer to London Euston and vice versa service that would connect with the ferries at Stranraer(albeit Cairnryan from the autumn and with a shuttle bus providing a connection)

Surely the problems will be rectified and the Argyle Line will get it's 8 class 320 units as promised by Scotrail?

So what is the issue then?

Would you not agree that it's probably more likely they haven't got enough of the class 320 units refurbished and they want to spare Scotrail's blushes?
