yeah the main target today was actually to do it in two hours, it just wasnt advertised so that there wouldnt be any red faces if it wasnt made (which it wasnt lol). E* are hoping the calais speed restriction will be lifted for Sep 20th.

it wasnt destroyed to be honest, there's smoke damage but hardly any structural damage i've heard.

Turned out someone was grinding something and a spark lit some dust and all the dust just caught fire. all fire regulations were in place, just a weird accident.

Something caught fire or 'went off' in the basement apparently.

well it's certainly possible, i've heard bits and bobs about it. big article in Rail magazine recently. i know nothing's certain..but it's a possibility!
