    Hi everyone, I passed my DMI in June 2015, but not had a medical yet. I'm in the talent pool for KGX or Blackfriars. I was told the next London course was likely to be October, but obviously no idea who will be called up. Long wait continues!

    Thanks. Yeah I thought it might get tricky. Hard to even think about getting all these things lined up... --- old post above --- --- new post below --- That does seem unfair, although it's good that from April next year you'll be able to split the parental leave after the six week period...

    Does anyone know what the paternity/maternity leave conditions are like at various TOCs, especially now that the law's changing and you'll be able to take shared parental leave. And also whether paternity/maternity leave could ever be taken during a training period. Thanks

    Hi Does anyone how long you'd usually have to work as a depot driver before doing full training, especially at c2c if they see it as a stepping stone? Maybe you short-cut part of the application process next time they are taking on new drivers? I'm new to the forum and looking into a career...
