I know I'm late to this thread but I wanted to say that I am not from the UK and have very little knowledge of where the various stations are, however, the first station I got was Peckham Rye and it was the second one I clicked on which was just a random guess. Maybe not as good as first but...

Man, that's crazy. I know training doesn't last a year, I was just using a conservative number since I didn't know the exact amount. However, when you say it takes 2 years to get familiar with a route, and yet the training only lasts 12 weeks I'm surprised there aren't more accidents.

So, I don't know if there are any drivers for the LU here but I was wondering for anyone who is a driver, how long did it take you to learn the route to the point where you felt confident in knowing where all the signals and speed limits were located when you first became a driver? Thanks
