Have to agree, Tweedbank was quite disappointing when I got there in the summer. A building, which turned out to be for staff based there, and the ticket machines are card only, which isn't a great deal of use for someone who only had cash with him.

Another year will pass, and my local photting spots still won't be unencumbered by wire. My end of the Midland Mainline will be as quiet, or quieter than ever, and Sharnbrook Tunnel won't have gone back to double track formation. I will still have DOO arguments with my mother at the dinner table.

If TOCs do implement it, some sort of way of accessing your ticket while online, or having free WiFi at all stations. Not all of us have huge mobile data plans, or even have devices capable of getting mobile data. I have a cheap phone, and then a tablet to cover the smart part.
