    I find that the barriers on my station are of huge use. There is a noticeable increase in antisocial behaviour and people "hanging around" when one of the three entrances is left unstaffed.     Emigration

    I had a week long induction followed by a week long dispatch course. After that it's station familiarisation and local management passing you out for each platform or location you will be undertaking safety critical duties. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
