    Distance between Central line Gants hill and Newbury Park?

    Have noticed that although driving distance up the A12 is fairly quick, it takes around 2 minutes to travel it by the underground itself? Does the track go quite deep or does it go in a circle or something?

    There is a single line which branches off just after you leave stratford heading towards Bow Church. Anyone know if this is still being used?? Also interesting that there is only a single track between Stratford and Bow Church stations, considering the amount of trains, particulary at rush hour.
