Well done for getting through the sift. I sat shunter assessment for GTR, didnt go through the DMI and when I came to apply for trainee driver with them I didn't have to do the assessments as my shunter ones covered these. So my guess is they are identical.

They have a special key for that stops the driver locking them out. Has caught a few people out when the driver 'accidently' closes the doors when the OBS hasn't pit their key in
Sell tickets on DOO services, assisted travel, step off at each station to look for any assistance required. Basically a guard without PTS and you don't control the doors
