    Having read the advert looks like trainee drivers but starting off as a trainperson. You have to pass a series of tests and if successful in those you then do the psychometric as well.

    I've already passed the psychometric tests at Watford. Will they still take into account the online assessment at the end of the application? Not sure I answered them all correctly!! ;-(
