In not saying that I should've got through because I'm the best. I simply have an issue with no being given individual constructive feedback.

It's not frustrating, it's demoralising.

So how are you supposed to know where to improve or what exactly they were looking for etc? Would be nice to have some guidance.

Likewise for Holyhead...I am truly gutted as I thought the interview went well. Good luck to everyone else still waiting to hear.

Yeah I was told the same during my interview. The course for this recruiting run was initially planned for the end of Oct, however ATW have had to release personnel currently in the talent pool for this course. Everyone interviewed last week will be for the talent pools, no course planned for...

Apologies for the late reply, I had a 9hr round trip for my interview. Questions were mostly scenario based questions, nothing too left of field. Good luck to everyone else with their interviews this week.

Anyone else heading to Holyhead for their interview?

I've been invited to attend an interview at Holyhead on the 22nd. Nerves beginning to set in now.

Apart from Seddon (congratulations!) has anyone heard back from the telephone interview yet?

Yeah, apologies, corrected.

I was told the interview woukd last 15 mins, mine lasted for 50! Questions were typical tbh, just make sure you know the company, role, routes and are able to provide examples of experiences. Good luck all.
