I recently read your thread about being prosecuted by GoVia Thameslink and I am going through the exact same thing. I was travelling to work to Brighton. My court date is the 19th April which is when I'm on my honeymoon, did you have to attend court?
Could you give me any advice? I have written a detailed letter explaining what had happened. I have found an address to contact GoVia in London Kings Cross but no email (which actually works) or number to call?! How did you contact them? Did you go to court?
