I'd buy from St Pancras to get the London Terminals ticket and travel from whichever of the stations listed in the easement I wanted to use.

As far as I'm aware you will need to abide by the operator restriction I'm afraid, at least it is sort of valid via Crewe so there's a way to avoid the bus (edited due to Watershed's superior knowledge).
You could ask the Avanti TM on the platform at Crewe (not on board!) if it would be ok to...
