Thanks both. She is not a seasoned traveller and DB have already let her down twice. She was on the 09.15 from Berlin Hb this morning, the next train was fully booked so she ended up on a bus. Don't know all the ins and outs but she is not going back to Germany so hopefully all her other trains...
