Thanks for letting me know. Massive massive shame... I did prefer them over the newer displays -- they seemed to be able to display all the other information like Class type etc as the new displays do. I suppose they couldn't justify the cost of maintaining only one station set of them any longer.

Waterloo East's older displays are in the process of being replaced. In fact, they may all be gone already as at the start of January there were only three left and again at the end of January only one was left standing. See it while you can! There was only one old computer screen style display...

Going into the new Northern line Bank SB the noise is ear-piercingly loud, it feels worse on the platform than on the train in my opinion!
