There's quite a few in that area. I think the one between Sandford (east end of Woodley) and Hurst is in Whistley Green, and there's a few more dotted around the Loddon valley I believe.

Wow! That's quite a way around. I guess you couldn't get anything larger than a minibus over Whitchurch bridge. This is one situation where diverting the X40 after Wallingford express to Didcot and ticket acceptance on GWR would be useful, with a local shuttle once an hour for the villages...

Have you ever reported this personally to TfGM? I guess they could send some of the security types that hang around Victoria to Wythenshawe, but they support revenue operations around that area, so I'm not sure how willing they'd be to do this.
