    This is a theory, but could the 707s be simply retained, ut extended 10 ten cars each? additional 5 cars x 30 units = 150 cars. Plus 60 x 10 car units = 60 new trains, totaling the 90 units plus '750 new vehicles'.

    Great Northern 313s to Southern.....

    My he Moorgate and great northern metro service is to be run using new class 700/2s not 710s, those are for the Watford dc, Goblin and Ex AGA routes operated by LO. If more 313s were to come to southern they could strengthen the services but would need a heavy refurb to bring them up to the same...
