I have seen the smaller yellow cased displays at Bromley South. Though the 'Expected' field is more of a metro/tube style countdown timer instead of displaying a fixed arrival/departure time. The announcements were voiced by Anne which leads me to think that Atos software is being used.

I most certainly would give up my seat out of politeness. However I rarely sit on the tube so don't come across the situation often there.
