When I download the BVE4 all I get are three files, two are 'Read Me' files and the set up one. Which is a location save file.

You cannot blame the parent for what the child does if they are over the age of 10, which is the legal age they can be charged for a crime.
Secondly, the parents MAY NOT be able to control the child...
