Delivery details page on the TPE WebTIS classic booking site - TPE calls the delivery method an "E Ticket", but the accompanying text states "Your ticket will be delivered directly to your registered mobile device" - the ticket is in fact an "m ticket", which requires the use of the TPE app.
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
