Tomorrow afternoon i'm booked on this service and my reservation is in coach I, I looked on the XC HST seating plan and noticed that this coach doesn't exist. I know this service is diagrammed to be an HST and I'm wondering if anyone can help me out/shead any light on this?

As far as I know, 1V64 is diagrammed a Voyager on Fridays for the next 6 weeks due to a weekend block West of Exeter.

I reckon that could be a double set, considering XC 221s go coach A-B-C-D-F so then one would assume the next set would include coach I. Same if it is 2x 220s (Or so I think, feel free to correct me If I'm wrong!)

Do trains ever have a Coach I? I thought they were omitted along with O so that people didn't get them confused with numbers...

I think you could be right with a double set going: A-C-D-F-G-H-I-J, If this is the case then where do they get the extra voyager from? I know from memory that there is a spare voyager in Edinburgh after a Thursday night?

Yes that sounds more right on how the coach lettering would work, everything suggests that it will be a double voyager (double the fun :p ). Don't know where they get the spare voyager from though, someone else could probably help you on that one...

I think that it may be a single vomiter because it's showing as leaving from platform 9E at Edinburgh meaning that it must be a small train, otherwise it would say 9, as usual.

That service is booked a double set today, sets 220020 and 220034, as far as Bristol Temple Meads where 034 will be detached.
