Who even cares?

If you're a lawyer, then it's best remembered that the average win/case ratio for any given lawyer is about 50%.

I doubt you will be able prove these credentials on a public forum.

Studied Commercial and Transport Law at University, was trained in Railway legislation by the BT Police, and am an Expert Witness with experience up to and including Parliamentary Inquiries.

Everybody else here understands what I intended and se no point in being pedantic for the sake of it.

The whole topic relates to railway ticketing and is not meant to be a debate about Consumer Law.

You will find that the legislation I have referred to is correct and applicable.

Just a quick update on this, after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with first the emt prosectutions dept and then customer services, I've received 90 in vouchers as a goodwill gesture. This is the same as the amount spent on additional tickets whilst they had my season ticket.
