Do you mean that if you are the right candidate, you'll get the job and if you're not right for a safety critical role, you'll be unsuccessful?

THis is a variation of the personality questionnaires that have been around for a long time. They are advertised on the web, but you have to pay a license fee as a bona fide employer to get them.
One of the earliest was the Myers-Briggs which will show how the questions work and why there isnt really any way of practising for it.

It was recognised that there are difficulties for such a generalised measurement so purpose-specific psychometric tests have been developed, of which the "Safe Personailty Test" is one
