Sometimes I have to be very blunt but very Fair
Usually on a 142 I have to say something on the lines of
If I can't get on I cannot Close the Doors
If I Can't Close the doors I cannot tell the driver its safe to depart
If the Driver Can't leave we are stuck here until someone moves
NOW DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!
