How many mistakes can you spot on this map?

EMT don't stop at Stallingborough, Healing, Great Coates, Grimsby Docks and New Clee, and don't run very regularly between CLE and GMB

Indeed, they also omitted Habrough from TPE (2 hourly), but included Crowle etc west of Scunthorpe, which get 1tpd from TPE each...

Further, XC don't serve Peartree, and Manchester United Football Ground is shown as being a through station, which it technically isn't.

I've just zoomed out of the map all of the way and tbh it looks very ugly. Too many sharp angles and somethings could just do with being a bit more 'gentle' and curved

The coach service between East Midlands Parkway and East Midlands Airport has been discontinued as the funding subsidy from local authority has run out. Project Mapping is showing a link which could only exist by taxi

No TPX calls at Horwich Pkwy shown.
The FCC/SE through service from Bedford to Sevenoaks isnt shown
And as far as I know, Coombe Jn Halt isn't also known as Coombe Valley Junction

I agree, but would it look bad if one of us dropped them an email of all of the mistakes and inconsistencies?

Only one way to find out, but it must have taken many hours to create. If I'd invested that much time in a project I'd love to be sent an easy list of errors to address to make it perfect.

Hmm, not sure it matters what it looks like zoomed all the way out - you can't actually read anything then and that's not really what it's for. There's a summary map on the projectmapping site (which is also quite ugly, but that's a different story), but I don't think you can blame this one for not looking good on the macro scale - what's important here is clarity at individual line level (not achieved in London, but mostly good elsewhere). I find it very helpful as a rough guide to whether a certain train passes through a station (sometimes important for routeing).

I agree with MCR247 that there are too many straight lines and sharp angles. My own preference would be for the map to be more accurate geographically.

Well either way, zoomed in or out it looks ugly with too many sharp angles and lines, I only said zoomed out as it means you can get a full and better view of what I was saying

Did anyone mention Kemsley to Newington shown as a regular service (the loop omitting Sittingbourne). One train a day in each direction taking the shuttle stock from Gillingham early morning and returning it late evening.
