Milford Haven was still open late 2024.
I have absolutely no idea if it is still there but certainly in the 2010s there was an East Midlands Trains ticket collection in the students union building at the University of Sheffield. If memory serves it was one of the quick collect ones that would only print out ones you bought online with a reference number rather than actually letting you buy tickets. But very useful if you preferred a PlusBus ticket rather then walking to the station. Though I have no idea in terms of who actually ran it between the students union/EMT/someone else.

You can just make it out in this photo someone has uploaded to Google Maps from April 2018: https://maps.app.goo.gl/VeFiRuUfS5iuGTRr5
I heard Bournemouth University had a TVM too from SWT. Kind of the opposite of this thread but I do wonder how many off-railway TVMs survive

Possibly one of the batch operated by Lancs County Council?
Indeed. As stated earlier in the thread, Carnforth, Burscough Bridge, Clitheroe, and Nelson.

Burscough Bridge squeezed between two areas of lower than might otherwise be the case PTE fares was the first to go in 2016 as it always struggled to make the sums work.

Nelson never had the footfall and I think would have gone some point in 2019.

Carnforth and Clitheroe had their busy periods but suffered death by a thousand cuts in terms of local government funding, the reliability issues of the Arriva Northern franchise, and of course the general shift to online. Carnforth closed December 2019, and Clitheroe February 2020.

For many years Dilton Marsh Halt had a sign instructing passengers to buy tickets from Mrs Roberts at the 7th house up the hill. I believe that she received commission for each sale.

Truly remarkable

Great contribution on that link from a Facebook user! As copied below:

Mrs Roberts was my Auntie Hilda. This was going much later than 1947 as this was before I was born. We used to buy our tickets there and always got a biscuit from her.

The Tourist Information Office in Welshpool used to sell rail tickets until the last few years. Not sure what is happening there now.
Platform 1 at Newtown (Powys) Station were hoping to reopen the ticket office there but that seems to have fallen by the wayside.
